Shippers used include UPS and others only by special arrangement.
You will be purchasing unpainted bisque. Some pieces have clear glaze on them if noted on the description section.
I am happy to combine items when possible to ship in one package. Doing that depends on the fragile nature of the items and combined weight.
I will do my utmost to see that items are packed carefully. You however, will need to contact the carrier for inspection if items are damaged in transit. We can not file these claims for you but will help you in any way possible.
Claims involving shortages or errors on our part must be filed within seven (7) days of arrival.
The first three returns result in a store credit only. Starting with the fourth return, a 20% restocking fee will be imposed. We can not accept damaged/altered items and only ship in the Continental United States
Orders over $200 will be shipped free.
Allow seven business days for shipment. However, it may take more time during peak times.
