5. ORDERS - Requests are processed in the order that they are received. Normally, they are shipped within two or three weeks. However at peak or our rainy seasons, it may take longer. Orders over $200 will be shipped free.

PAYMENTS - You represent and warrant that if you are placing an order that (i) any credit card information you supply is true, correct and complete, (i) charges incurred by you will be honored by your credit card company, and (iii) you will pay the charges incurred by you at the posted prices, including any shipping fees and applicable taxes.
7. SHIPPING - Rainbow Ceramics by Ceramicrainbow.com only ships in the Continental United States and will do the utmost to see that items are packed carefully. You however, will need to contact the carrier for inspection if items are damaged in transit. We can not file these claims for you. All items purchased from Rainbow Ceramics by Ceramicrainbow.com are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This basically means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
It is advisable to show the carrier immediately upon delivery,any boxes broken open in any way. If not file claim the next business day. Depending on the carrier you have a limited amount of time to file claim.
Check your order upon receipt. claims involving shortages, or errors on our part must be filed within seven (7) days of arrival. You may notify me by email.
8. RETURNS - The first three returns result in a store credit only. Starting with the fourth return, a 20% restocking fee will be imposed. We can not accept damaged/altered items.
9. VENUE - Any dispute relating in any way to your visit to Rainbow Ceramics by Ceramicrainbow.com or to products you purchase through Rainbow Ceramics by Ceramicrainbow.com shall be submitted to confidential arbitration in Arizona, except that, to the extent you have in any manner violated or threatened to violate Rainbow Ceramics by Ceramicrainbow.com intellectual property rights, Rainbow Ceramics by Ceramicrainbow.com may seek injunctive or other appropriate relief in any state or federal court in the state of Arizona, and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts. Arbitration under this agreement shall be conducted under the rules then prevailing of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitrators award shall be binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, no arbitration under this Agreement shall be joined to an arbitration involving any other party subject to this Agreement, whether through class arbitration proceedings or otherwise.
